Handball and Sex

Sex is an activity. If you like Handball- play it. If you like sex- do it.

Sex, although, consists of many different factors. The foundation for sex is communication.  Our society, however, is structured to stunt communication.  We (you+me) don’t know HOW to communicate with each other; to express ourselves or to ´release´with other humans.  Inherent in all humans is the capability and passion for self-expression and the ability to let loose/to break down our barriers BUT we are socialized not too.  In an effort to control us, our upbringing, mainstream media, geographical traditions and cultural customs have an agenda. And that agenda is to ´buy more,´´be polite,´´go to school,´marry a nice woman,´don´t work a low-paying job even if it makes you happy blah blah blahhhhhh´…     The agenda is to control.

Whatever you are thinking STOP.

Whether you are aware (conscious) or not (unconscious) begin to question each belief you have; how you think about Anything. To start, reflect on issues which you posses a strong emotional response or reaction.  HOW come you feel the way you feel? Don´t think too hard.  It´s easy.  Just become Aware.

You can fight your thoughts and quickly brush them away with rationalizations or take your time and go slow.  When you go slow it´s a double win. There´s no fighting and it´s easier. GO SLOW.

Make yourself comfortable; hammock, chair, recliner, futon, bed. USE what makes you comfortable and gradually, slowly, become aware. Use music. Become aware.

Start with 5 minutes. Good. Set five minutes aside and reflect. You are communicating with yourself. You are showing self-expression.

You are becoming aware of the chains, the bonds, the perceptions we hoard. The principles we dare not question. These very principles, the ones we harbor, are what WE allow to govern our lives.  Some are ours, some are not. They are manufactured, given or learned.

Become Aware.

YOU choose what you want to keep.

YOU are in control.

When we express ourselves freely, we are communicating at a high-level.  Allow sex to be a catalyst to express yourself freely. With communication comes knowledge. With knowledge comes power. So listen to the Handballer when he says ¨Shut up and PLAY.¨ What he means is ¨Shut up and COMMUNICATE.¨ Wipe the spit out of your face and smile.
